Docking

Our marina consists of 8 docks, totaling in 27 spaces.

Transient dockage is $35 per night, $175 per week (2 nights free). or $525 per month(1 week free). Please call/text for availability.
Seasonal dockage is $26 per foot (We have 1 open spot)
Boat Launch fee is $7
Seasonal unlimited use of boat launch is $70
Out summer storage plus seasonal unlimited use of boat launch is $120

We offer indoor winter storage

$20 per foot if you dock with us

$22 per foot if you do not dock with us

Boat Winterization: Outboards-$75

Inboards-$120 with antifreeze, $100 without

Summer Prep Check Over includes checking all fluids, for leaks, bellows, and for basic operation: $80

Oil change: $100 with non-synthetic oil; $110 with synthetic oil

Lower Unit Oil Change: $50 (synthetic only)

Bobcat Skid steer services-$110 per hour

Dump Truck services: $110 per hour within 15 miles of Cape Vincent

$130 per hour within 15-30 miles of Cape Vincent

Excavation services include (but not limited to):

Shoreline repair; retaining walls; dredging/ditch digging; driveway installation/repair; excavation prep work for concrete/foundation work;

shorewells
